No. The reading is written in everyday language. Where an astrological term appears, it is explained right there.

Your reading still works. Without a birth time we leave out the Rising sign and the houses and say so clearly; everything else is calculated exactly. Tip: the birth time is often on the birth certificate.

As exact as you can make it. The Rising sign changes about every two hours, so a few minutes rarely matter, but "sometime in the afternoon" can. If you know it roughly, enter your best estimate. If you don't know it at all, tick "I don't know my birth time".
