AstroScroll (astroscroll.com) is a brand of BS-Lifestyle-GmbH, Langegasse 45, 4104 Oberwil BL, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: info@astroscroll.com.
2. What AstroScroll offers
AstroScroll creates personal astrology readings. We calculate your birth chart from the date, time and place of birth you provide, using established astronomical calculations, and our texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) based on that chart.
All readings are intended for self-reflection and entertainment. They do not predict future events and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Please do not make important decisions based on a reading alone.
3. Who can use AstroScroll
Only adults aged 18 or over may use AstroScroll and buy a reading. Parents or legal guardians may enter the birth details of their own child to request a reading for that child. AstroScroll is not intended for children. Emails are sent only to the adult who places the order.
If you enter the details of another adult, you confirm that you are authorized to do so; the reading and all emails go only to the person placing the order.
4. Your free preview
To receive your free preview, you provide your first name, email address and birth details. By submitting the form you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We send marketing emails to everyone who requests the free preview. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
The accuracy of your reading depends on the birth details you provide. If your birth time is unknown, some parts of the chart (such as the Rising sign and houses) cannot be calculated.
5. Buying a reading
The seller and your contracting party is BS-Lifestyle-GmbH. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe; the payment methods shown at checkout are available. The price shown before checkout applies. The regular price of a reading is USD 69.99 on the English site, EUR 69.99 on the German site and CHF 69.90 for buyers in Switzerland; the Swiss price includes 8.1% VAT. During the launch, the free preview shows a personal launch price of USD 29.99, EUR 29.99 or CHF 29.90 for 15 minutes. We may send you personal, time-limited offers by email (USD 29.99, 19.99 or 9.99, EUR 29.99, 19.99 or 9.99, or CHF 29.90, 19.90 or 9.90). Express delivery costs an additional USD 9.99, EUR 9.99 or CHF 9.90. After your purchase you receive an order confirmation by email. AstroScroll readings are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
6. Delivery
Readings are digital products. After your payment is confirmed, your reading is created and delivered by email as a download link, within 24 hours (with Express delivery within 4 hours). If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@astroscroll.com.
7. Refunds and right of withdrawal
To use the guarantee, complete our refund form at astroscroll.com/refund within 14 days of your purchase. The form asks for your order details and for specific feedback, including the passages and page numbers that did not fit. Once we have received the completed form, we refund your purchase in full to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee is available once per customer.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which you can exercise without giving reasons by a clear statement to info@astroscroll.com. This statutory right is not limited by the conditions of our voluntary guarantee.
After 14 days, we will still refund your purchase in full if we could not deliver your reading or if it contains a calculation error in your birth chart.
8. Use of your reading
Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it privately with people you choose. You may not resell it, publish it commercially or use it to build a competing service.
9. AI-generated content
Texts are generated with AI from your calculated chart and checked automatically against it. Despite these checks, AI-generated text may occasionally contain inaccuracies. If you notice an error, please tell us and we will correct it.

10. Liability
We provide AstroScroll with care, but we do not guarantee any particular result or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims before the courts there.
