Questions about the price
Are there any additional costs?
No, there are no additional costs. The price you see before you pay is the price you pay, once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and we do not charge you again later. The only thing that can be added is express delivery, and only if you choose it yourself when ordering: for $9.99 extra, your reading arrives within 4 hours instead of within 24 hours. If you don't choose it, the price stays as shown.
Why is there no subscription?
Because a reading is a finished thing. You order it once, and it is yours.
Which currency do I pay in?
You pay in US dollars, euros or Swiss francs, depending on where you are. The website shows the price in your currency, so you see both the amount and the currency before you pay. The price is the same for all six readings, and you pay it once. If the currency you see does not seem right for where you live, write to us at info@astroscroll.com before you order. We usually reply within two business days.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
Within 14 days of your purchase you can ask for your money back through our refund form. You tell us in detail what didn't fit, including the passages and page numbers, and once the completed form reaches us we refund the purchase in full. The form takes about ten minutes, and you find it under “Refunds” at the bottom of every page. We ask for this much detail because it is the only way we learn where a reading went wrong. The guarantee is available once per customer.
